关于最近软件意外退出、清除签名的解决方法

在第2.然后会提示你输入开机密码，你就把密码输入进去，输入过程中不会显示密码，输入完成后按确认键enter之后，提示的bash-3.2# ，后面再进行第3步依然显示bash-3.2# 。
请问这怎么处理？
